Our 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your Luxe Glo purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re happy to help with a return within our policy guidelines.

How to Request a Return

Please email us at info@gloformation.com within 30 days of purchase and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging

  • Products must be less than 20% used

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you return authorization details and instructions.

Please Note

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s)

  • Sale items, promotional gifts, and limited-edition items are final sale and not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
