At Glo Formation, our journey begins with our founder, Cindy Nguyen — a mother of three, former medical sales professional, and survivor who transformed personal adversity into purpose.

As a first-generation daughter of immigrant parents, the eldest of six, and a teen mom, Cindy grew up navigating bullying, generational trauma, and deep insecurities. Her story is one of resilience, healing, and reclaiming her voice.

Frustrated by complicated beauty routines and makeup that left her skin blotchy and uneven, she envisioned a simpler solution that didn’t compromise quality or care.
