At Glo Formation, our journey begins with our founder, Cindy Nguyen — a mother of three, former medical sales professional, and survivor who turned personal adversity into purpose. After years of feeling unseen, overwhelmed, and silenced, she set out on a mission: to create skincare that empowers from the inside out.

As a first-generation daughter of immigrant parents, the eldest of six, and a teen mom, Cindy navigated bullying, generational trauma, and self-doubt from a young age. Her journey is one of resilience, healing, and reclaiming her voice.

Frustrated by complicated beauty routines and makeup that left her skin blotchy and uneven, she envisioned a simpler solution that didn’t compromise quality or care.
